Shipping Information
We take great care in packaging every watch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All orders are shipped from our store in Fredericksburg, TX and are fully insured during transit.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (New York) begin processing the same business day.
We ship via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Carrier selection depends on your location and order.
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required at checkout. Orders placed with a P.O. Box address may be delayed or canceled.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery in real time on the carrier’s website.
Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to become active.
If your order has not arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us immediately.
Shipping Address Policy
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address before submitting your order, as changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.
Galobena is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If an order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange a reship (at your cost) or issue a refund minus the original shipping cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
All Galobena orders are insured during transit. In the rare event that your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
If a carrier confirms the package is lost and your address was correct, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.
No replacement, refund, or credit will be issued for packages sent to an invalid address provided by the buyer.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but the package is missing, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier office. Then contact us at support@galobena.com so we can file a claim on your behalf.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Our Promise: Every watch sold by Galobena is carefully inspected before shipment. If something is not right, we will make it right — quickly and without hassle.
To be eligible for a return, your watch must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and in unused condition — the watch has not been worn outside of a brief try-on
- All original tags, stickers, and protective films still attached and intact
- Returned in the original watch box with all included accessories (extra links, crown, warranty card, instruction manual, and any additional items)
- No signs of wear, scratches, dents, or alterations to the case, crown, crystal, dial, hands, or strap/bracelet
- Strap/bracelet has not been sized, shortened, or adjusted in any way
- Proof of purchase included (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Return requested within 30 days of the delivery date
The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:
- Watches that have been worn, sized, or otherwise altered (e.g. links removed or added, strap replaced)
- Custom, personalized, or engraved watches
- Items returned without the original box, warranty card, or with missing accessories
- Watches showing signs of wear, scratches, or damage caused after delivery
- Final sale items, promotional items, and gift cards
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
We reserve the right to assess the condition of any returned watch. Items that do not meet our return criteria will be sent back to you at your expense, and no refund will be issued. We recommend photographing your watch before shipping it back as documentation.
How to Start a Return
Please follow the steps below to initiate a return. Do not ship any item back before receiving authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Request a Return Authorization
Email support@galobena.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the watch and original packaging. We will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Receive Return Authorization & Label
Once your return is approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label with full packaging instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
Pack Your Watch Securely
Place the watch in its original inner box with all accessories, then pack the inner box inside a sturdy outer shipping box with adequate cushioning. Avoid placing the shipping label directly on the watch box.
Ship to Our Returns Center
Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location. Keep your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We perform a thorough quality check on every watch before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Email support@galobena.com with: (1) your order number, (2) a description of the issue, and (3) clear photos of the watch, the damage or defect, and the outer packaging. We handle each case individually and will propose an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
If the outer shipping box appears damaged upon delivery, please photograph the packaging before opening and note the condition with the delivery driver if possible. This helps us file a carrier claim on your behalf.

We do not process direct one-for-one exchanges. If you would like a different model, color, or size, the fastest way is to:
Return the Original Watch
Follow the return process above to send back your original purchase. Once the return is approved and received, a refund will be processed.
Place a New Order
Place a fresh order for the watch you want on galobena.com. This ensures the item is reserved for you and shipped as soon as possible.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will process your refund promptly. Here is what to expect:
Inspection Upon Arrival
We will inspect the returned watch within 1–2 business days of receiving it. You will be notified by email of the outcome.
Refund Approval & Processing
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refunded amount is the full purchase price minus any applicable return shipping costs.
Refund Not Received?
Refund timelines vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not seen it, please contact us at support@galobena.com with your order number.
A partial refund may be issued if the returned watch shows signs of use, is missing accessories, or otherwise does not fully meet our return conditions. We will notify you of any deduction before processing.
