Shipping

Browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase. Once you have added items to your cart, proceed to checkout to review your order and enter your shipping and payment information. Visit our website to get started.
Shipping is completely free for all orders — no minimum purchase required.
Orders typically ship within 5 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery takes an additional 10 business days after shipment.
Your package comes insured by USPS or FedEx, who are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases.
At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages for orders placed on our website.
We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately at support@galobena.com.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APOs. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout.

Your card will be charged just after your order has been successfully shipped — not at the time of placing the order.
We adhere to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
Your card information is used only to complete the requested transaction and is not stored after purchase.
Your refund will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Once approved, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days to appear in your bank balance, depending on your card issuer.
We work quickly to ensure refunds arrive on time. If yours has been delayed, please get in touch with us here. Have your order number ready when you contact us.
Returns
3 questions about returns and defective items
Returns are accepted in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product — products can occasionally be damaged in transit despite our quality controls.
- A wrong product was delivered in terms of style, color, and/or size.
- Missing products — if the package is missing one or more items you ordered.

If you receive defective merchandise due to our error, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement to be considered.
We may ask for photos or request the item be sent back for inspection. Items confirmed defective due to our error will be exchanged at no charge, including free shipping for the exchange.
Products damaged due to customer misuse or excessive treatment will NOT be exchanged.
We pack every item as carefully as possible, but damage can occasionally occur. Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
